Industrial Strength · Durable Pole-Mounted Design

Designed for long-life outdoors, the MAPPS AL-POL-1-G31N NEMA 3R Battery & Control Enclosure features mill finish aluminum and filtered vents (white polyester powder coating available). This corrosion resistant battery box holds up to one Group 31 sealed 12 volt battery.

A charge controller may be mounted and pre-wired on a 12" DIN rail with solar/battery/load breakers. Unistrut brackets for a side of pole mount are included.

Outdoor Battery Powered Applications

A wide variety of possible applications include: area security lighting, utility transmission towers, wireless smart meters, autonomous vehicle monitoring, radar cameras, GPS and UPS battery backup systems.
