NeON 2 72-cell solar modules were designed to provide a low price for commercial PV systems to save money by going solar. As a result, LG designed modules that produce more power during the morning and evening hours and when some utilities charge more for the electricity you need. About half of U.S. investor-owned utilities currently have optional time varying rates for customers, and new programs are being tested in at least ten states. If your utility isn’t charging time of use (TOU) rates now, it’s possible they’ll do so at some point during the lifetime of your solar system.

Cello Technology also improves the absorption of light with circular-shaped wires that scatter light energy more effectively.
